Exchange and refund policy
Please note that no returns or refunds will be accepted on personalized or custom-made products. It is essential to ensure that everything is in order and that spelling is correct at the artwork approval stage. The Creations Co. or anyone associated with The Creations Co. will not be held responsible for any spelling mistakes made by the customer. No changes to designs will be accepted once the artwork has been approved.
Additionally, there will be no cash refund once work has been done on the order, such as artwork preparation and when stock has been purchased.
As stated in our shipping policy, due to the nature of the products and service the moment the courier company is in possession of the parcel we can no longer take any responsibility for any damage, loss or non delivery of the parcel. The courier service is a 3rd party service paid by the customer. The Creations Co will take no responsibility for any damages caused by any 3rd party courier/delivery service. Disputes can be resolved via email info@creations.co.za.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@creationsco.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return delivery address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer can also instruct The Creations Co. to arrange the courier, a shipping invoice will be sent to the customer and then after receiving payment the courier will be arranged. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Due to the nature of the product and service the customer will be liable for the return courier cost associated with the return of the product. The product has to be returned in its original packaging as it was received by the customer, bubble wrap, frame etc. If the product is sent back not in the original packaging the replacement or refund will be automatically be declined as more damage may occur during shipping from the customer.
We have a 7-day return policy on stock items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method plus the return courier fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
