Delivery Policy

We use The Courier Guy for our delivery service. Once the order has been confirmed the courier will be booked by us and the parcel will be collected by the courier from our premises. At this stage we will inform you that your parcel is on its way and provide you with a tracking number if available from the courier company.

All personalised and custom orders takes 5- 7 working days to fulfill. Once we booked the courier they usually pick up the following business day. Gauteng is 1 - 2 business days for delivery after production. All other provinces are usually 3-4 working days after production as the parcel will have to go through distribution.

The moment the courier company is in possession of the parcel we can no longer take any responsibility for any damage, loss or non delivery of the parcel. There is standard insurance of Up to R1000 included in the delivery fee on your parcel during accident and theft related incident. It is the responsibility of the customer to make 100% sure that the delivery address is valid and correct.

Most of South Africa fall under the flat rate area. . There will be a surcharge for certain outskirt areas which will be payable by the customer. The buffer amount paid by The Creations Co. is up to R100 towards delivery. The difference will be payable by the customer. For example if the The Courier Guy quotes us to a rural area R210 we will pay R100 for the delivery and the balance will be payable by the customer. (This Rarely happens)

The Creations Co. reserves the right to use PAXI courier services for regional deliveries. If the usual courier company quotes too high and exceeds the threshold of R100 flat rate, The Creations Co. cannot absorb the additional delivery charge and the client refuses to pay the surcharge The Creations Co.  will use PAXI services to deliver the parcel. Its a convenient budget delivery service between PEP stores throughout South Africa. This is a very reliable service and will only be used in "outskirt" area cases. There is a PEP store in every small town.
